Why VO-ONE
A man with a serious health problem went from doctor to doctor and from one expensive clinic to another, paid thousands of euros for examinations — and left without a single useful piece of information: not what was wrong, not whom to see next, not what to expect.
The physician who runs VO-ONE today worked out, through research and consultation with colleagues, what the problem was and found the right specialist. The man went to see him, learned what was wrong, received clear instructions about whom to contact and what each step costs — and the problem was solved. That is where the idea of health management was born.
The same holds for those who cannot afford private clinics. The administration is a maze: even the staff in health centres and hospitals often do not know the protocols, and the patient comes there because their life is at stake. That is why someone who knows the system from the inside guides you through it.
What the patient gets
Everything a good doctor would do for you if there were time — and in the system there is none.
We assemble the whole history of the illness: since when, how it began, every finding with its source — who did it and when — the therapy you take and the latest verified guidelines. You walk into the doctor with a clear picture, not a folder of paper.
Through research and consultation with colleagues we find the doctor who deals with precisely your problem. Before you go, you know whom you are seeing, why, and what the examination costs.
Whom to contact, what options you have, how to ask for a referral or an appointment. A blank hospital referral without an appointment gets sent back at the counter — we know what to ask your chosen doctor for hospital treatment and when the appointments open.
At any moment you can ask your assistant Zdravko what a finding, a diagnosis or a therapy you were given but do not understand means — patiently, humanly, with sources you can read yourself.
What the doctor gets
A doctor in the system has the knowledge, but not the time. A patient from VO-ONE arrives with a case that is already in order — so the appointment is spent on the decision, not on gathering.
Zdravko, your assistant
Zdravko is the healthcare layer of the SLAVKO core, which is in production for institutions and schools; here it works for you, alongside the physician who guides you.
To physicians the same system serves as ZDRAVKO — clinical decision support. Here it explains and remembers for you; your physician decides.
Were you given a diagnosis or a therapy you do not understand? Zdravko explains in plain language, with charm and empathy, and gives you sources for further reading.
You describe what troubles you, and Zdravko says: it may be this, but a doctor will confirm it — and it may turn out not to be. With every answer it states where the information comes from.
You never explain from scratch: Zdravko knows your record and your previous conversations, so every next answer is in the context of your condition.
Zdravko always presents itself as AI. It makes no diagnosis, prescribes no medicine and makes no decisions; with sudden and severe symptoms it directs you to emergency care.
Longevity and wellness
A programme for those who are healthy and want to stay that way: every measure has a medical rationale, follow-up and a physician who approves it. The programme is in production, in its first phase.
Only what has a rationale in the literature, in a dose and for a duration that the physician approves and monitors.
A plan you can actually follow: healthy nutrition and exercise adapted to your condition, your habits and the time you have.

No measure is introduced without a physician and without insight into your record. We do not promise a longer life — we promise a plan that makes sense and that you can actually carry out.
How it starts
Six steps, always in the same order.
You write to us by e-mail, briefly: what troubles you, for how long and what has been done so far. A physician answers, personally.
The physician goes through your story and the existing findings with you and tells you what the next step should be and what the work costs — up front, before anything else.
We gather findings, scans and discharge letters, each with its source, and arrange them into one clear picture: chronology, therapy, guidelines.
Through research and consultation with colleagues we find the doctor for precisely that problem; you get the name, the reason, the way to an appointment and the price of the examination.
The doctor receives a case in order and spends the appointment on the decision. The decision is theirs; if you do not understand it, we explain it to you.
The record is updated after every appointment, Zdravko is there for questions, and whoever wishes continues into the longevity programme.
Boundary
VO-ONE is physician-led health management: it organises, prepares and guides. It does not replace an examination, does not replace your doctor and does not treat at a distance.
Zdravko always presents itself as AI; when you talk to the physician, you are talking to a human being.
Findings are kept in your own separate space; you and the physician who guides you see them, and only what you approve goes outside. This site collects no data at all.
With sudden and severe symptoms call emergency services or go to the nearest healthcare facility — VO-ONE is not an emergency service.
We do not promise a cure or a longer life. We promise that you will know what is wrong, whom to see and what to expect.

VO-ONE is run by Dr Ognjen Vučurević — a medical doctor and radiology resident who practises the longevity and wellness approach in medicine and who, since late 2024, has led the AI domain at an IT company in Belgrade.
Alongside clinical practice he also runs consulting on the application of AI: the core he designs works for institutions and schools, and its healthcare layer — Zdravko — works for patients in VO-ONE.
He is the author of a television programme on medicine, which he left rather than promote content he had himself judged to be pseudoscience. The same stance guides VO-ONE: no miracle promises, a source behind every piece of advice and a physician behind every decision.
